Published March 4th 2014 by William Morrow Paperbacks

The irresistible, blazing-hot sequel to New York Times bestselling author Molly McAdams's Forgiving Lies.

Rachel is supposed to be planning her wedding to Kash, the love of her life. After the crazy year they've had, she's ready to settle down and live a completely normal life. Well, as normal as it can be. But there's something else waiting—something threatening to tear them apart.

Kash is ready for it all with Rach. Especially if all includes having a football team of babies with his future wife. With his line of work, he knows how short life can be, and doesn't want to waste another minute of theirs. But now his past as an undercover narcotics agent has come back to haunt him ... and it's the girl he loves who's caught in the middle.

Trent Cruz's orders are clear: take the girl. But there's something about this girl that has him changing the rules and playing a dangerous game to keep her safe. When his time as Rachel's protector runs out, he will turn his back on the only life he's known, and risk everything, if it means getting her out alive.

This is book 2 in the Forgiving Lies series so if you haven't read book 1, Forgiving Lies you need to read it first.

OMG, I loved this book!! Once I started it, I could not put it down. I needed to know if Rachel and Kash would finally get their HEA or not. When book 1 ended Rachel had finally forgiven Kash for keeping a huge secret from her and they were now engaged to be married (for the second time) While at work Kash learns that Rachel had placed a 911 call about a break in and learns that Rachel has been kidnapped!!! I couldn't stand the wait!! I needed book 2 like yesterday!! I needed to know if Kash would be able to save Rachel yet again and finally get their HEA!!

I loved how book 2 starts by giving you a little more back story on Kash and Rachel before she is kidnapped. I loved the relationship and the banter between the two. I was laughing so much at some of the things the two said to each other. With the help of Kash's family, Rachel is preparing for her wedding and dress shopping but she is starting to freak out over the fact that her parents are no longer with her and she will have to go thru life without them for all the small things that matter the most to her.

My heart is breaking for Rachel because she has already had to go thru so much and she has just gotten to a point in her life where she was healing and moving on and then she gets kidnapped only to set her back more. At first, she is confused. She figures she is kidnapped because of Kash being a undercover cop but she can't figure out what they want. Her kidnapper Trent (who she calls Taylor till she learns his name) is trying to protect her and keep her safe from his gang and "brothers" Over time Rachel and Trent form a special bond and she feels safe with Trent. When the time comes, will Trent be able to keep Rachel safe?

After being gone for over a month Kash and Mason are finally able to rescue Rachel but at what price will it cost? When Kash sees something he never imagined will he be able to put it behind him and be happy with Rachel? She is struggling as well and as she overhears Kash saying things to his parents will it be to much for her? Will they ever get their HEA?

I love that you get a dual POV. You can see what Rachel is going thru and dealing with but you also get Kash's POV. How is he handling Rachel being gone? At what lengths will he go thru to get Rachel back? You even get a POV from Trent and see what he is feeling and thinking. After watching Rachel for so long, has his feelings for her grew into something more that he knows will never be?

I LOVED the epilogue!!! I was so excited and smiling from ear to ear!! Trust me, you will want to read this book and find out for yourself what happens!! You also learn at the very end that Mason now has a girlfriend but you don't find out who so I am hoping this is our teaser to lead into book 3 about Mason!!
